Bucky is my spoof of that awkward period of TV animation between Bakshi's Mighty Mouse and Ren & Stimpy, when studios wanted to make their cartoons "looser", but were still hampered by subpar overseas animation and trite scripts.

If Bucky was an actual animated series, it would be presented in a "recorded off a VCR in the '90s" style, complete with VHS issues and fake ad breaks.
